What you will do

• Travel to client sites to evaluate product claims and provide professional service.
• Inspect claims, document findings with photographs, and maintain timely records.
• Perform on-site repairs using approved standards and materials.
• Communicate service solutions and set clear expectations with clients.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in excellent condition.
• Partner with Regional Product Representatives to ensure efficient service delivery.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license from state of residence required.
• Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds daily and perform physical tasks like standing, bending, and twisting.
• Accurate color perception.
• 1 year of experience in field service, customer service, or trade positions preferred.
