Countertop Service Technician - No-Installation

Location: Dallas, TX, United States. Daily local travel to customer sites and occasional overnight travel are required.

Salary: $24.00–$31.00 per hour

What you will do

• Travel to residential and commercial customer sites to evaluate product-related claims and provide professional service.
• Inspect issues, collect details and photographs, and document findings and completed work accurately and on time.
• Explain service solutions and options while setting clear customer expectations.
• Perform on-site finish repairs using approved standards, techniques, and materials.
• Coordinate with the Regional Product Representative regarding site visits and product findings.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment, follow safety procedures, and complete daily assignments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of field service, customer service, or trade experience is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication, customer service, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to operate power tools safely, accurately perceive colors, and maintain a professional appearance.
• Valid driver's license from the state of residence and successful completion of hirify.global's Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds daily and to stand, bend, twist, and drive for extended periods.

Nice to have

• Ability to use Google Workspace and Salesforce.
• Ability to read technical drawings and documents.
