Sr Manager, Process Integration (MEMS)

Location: Beaverton, Oregon, United States; onsite day shift

Salary: $138,900–$182,280 per year, plus quarterly profit-sharing bonuses.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end process integration across MEMS and probe card manufacturing flows, from wafer-level fabrication through assembly, interconnect, and electrical testing.
• Manage integration-level yield, quality, performance, manufacturability, defect reduction, and cycle-time improvement initiatives.
• Lead integration activities for new product introduction, pilot builds, manufacturing readiness, and ramp to high-volume production.
• Drive cross-functional resolution of process interactions and constraints with Process, Equipment, Product, Yield, Quality, and Operations teams.
• Establish process control, monitoring, documentation, change management, traceability, and compliance practices.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of process integration engineers.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree, 8 years with a master's degree, 5 years with a PhD, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with semiconductor manufacturing and process integration, including MEMS, probe cards, photolithography, etching, electroplating, metrology, and electrical testing.
• Experience with yield improvement, defect identification and reduction, root cause analysis, DMAIC, 8D, and data-driven problem solving.
• Knowledge of process control methods including SPC, FDC, monitoring strategies, and manufacturing execution systems.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and developing engineering teams.
