Senior Consultant - Energy & Utilities / Transport

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid working with at least 2 days per week in the office or on client site, and up to 5 days per week on a client site depending on the assignment.

What you will do

• Support clients across transport, energy, utilities, water, nuclear, and defence in improving asset management practices.
• Deliver major transformation programmes and translate strategic ambitions into practical, deliverable programmes.
• Design asset investment strategies, regulatory business plans, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Analyse asset information to generate insights and support business decisions.
• Help clients adopt innovative digital technologies to improve performance and reduce costs.
• Build alignment across executive leadership, operational teams, and diverse stakeholder groups.

Requirements

• Experience in transport, utilities, energy, nuclear, defence, or another asset-intensive sector.
• Understanding of how complex infrastructure businesses operate and how investment, operations, engineering, digital capabilities, regulation, and organisational performance interact.
• Experience leading or supporting investment planning, asset strategy, operational improvement, business transformation, digital and data programmes, organisational design, or major systems implementation.
• Ability to translate complexity into practical decisions, actionable insights, and deliverable programmes.
• Strong communication, collaboration, commercial awareness, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
• UK citizenship or at least 5 years of continuous UK residency may be required for security clearance; all employees undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks.
