Senior-2 Engineer/Analyst/Consult (Utilities Privatization)

Location: Fort Greely, Alaska, USA; the role may be performed remotely, subject to change.

What you will do

• Support government oversight and administration of long-term privatized utility service contracts.
• Perform data validation, SCADA and GIS analysis, and utility asset verification.
• Assist with invoice review, rate analysis, and RCA pre-file data preparation.
• Coordinate GIS and asset-tracking submissions for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide daily support across installations.
• Maintain data quality, version control, and R&R tracking.

Requirements

• Mid-level engineering or analytical experience in utilities, GIS, or energy systems management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Business, or Environmental Science.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with data analysis, GIS, metering systems, technical writing, and quantitative reasoning.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word; proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio is expected.
• Work location is generally at or near Fort Greely, Alaska, within the North America region.

• NARUC USOA familiarity.
