What you will do

• Support delivery of workstreams for capital programs across the energy value chain, including upstream, midstream, downstream, LNG, power, and renewables.
• Conduct research and data analysis to provide client recommendations on project execution and performance improvement.
• Develop structured client deliverables such as slides, models, trackers, and reports.
• Contribute to workstream activities related to cost, schedule, risk, and change management.
• Adopt and apply AI tools and analytics to accelerate delivery and explore emerging use cases in capital planning.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams and support proposal development and pursuit activities.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience in consulting, engineering, construction, or capital project delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Data/Analytics, or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Foundational understanding of project lifecycles and project controls (cost, schedule, risk).
• Must be based in Houston, TX for hybrid work.
• Willingness and ability to travel to support global clients.

Nice to have

• Prior exposure to energy clients, EPCs, or owner organizations.
• Familiarity with PMIS tools such as Primavera P6, Aconex, or Unifier.
• Working knowledge of data visualization and analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python).
• Interest in AI applications for forecasting and construction productivity.
