What you will do

• Coordinate, implement, and monitor corporate safety programs across project locations.
• Inspect jobsites for compliance with company safety programs and OSHA Construction Regulations.
• Organize pre-job safety planning meetings and develop emergency response plans.
• Provide safety training, education, and basic first aid training for jobsite personnel.
• Investigate bodily injury and property damage accidents and issue regular accident summaries.
• Coordinate safety programs with subcontractors and support foremen's and superintendents' safety meetings.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in safety or a related field on data center, mission-critical, process-driven industrial, or energy projects.
• BS in safety or an equivalent qualification.
• Thorough knowledge of OSHA Construction Regulations.
• Ability to evaluate construction activities for safety and loss control, analyze accident trends, and identify training needs.
• Computer skills including Word and PowerPoint, along with presentation skills.
• Ability to travel heavily.

Nice to have

• Safety certification such as CSP, ASP, CHST, OSHT, or CIH.
