Batch Weigher - 3rd Shift

Location: 2647 S 96 St, Edwardsville, KS 66111, USA; full-time, 3rd shift, onsite.

What you will do

• Weigh raw-material batches according to supervisor assignments and batch tickets.
• Select and clean the appropriate mixing tub based on batch size and previous color.
• Check raw-material inventory, manufacture dates, and polymerization status where appropriate.
• Use the correct scales and document formulas, lot numbers, and weighing steps for traceability.
• Report unusual inventory differences or apparent batch-ticket errors to the supervisor or lab.
• Sign and label completed batches, then move them to the mill or mixing room.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1–3 months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong math skills.
• Good attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use required personal protective equipment.
