Utilities & Reliability Engineer

What you will do

• Improve asset reliability across the site by introducing maintenance best practices, standards, and improved ways of working.
• Lead the implementation of Reliability Centered Maintenance, Total Productive Maintenance, Quantitative Preventive Maintenance, and Condition Based Maintenance.
• Develop engineering standards, maintenance strategies, asset care plans, and reliability improvement plans to improve performance and reduce costs.
• Collect and analyze asset performance data and KPIs, producing maintenance and performance reports.
• Provide technical support, fault diagnosis, and hands-on guidance to operations, engineering, and maintenance teams.
• Support maintenance planning and the management of external service providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in industrial operations.
• Experience with CMMS and maintenance or asset-care processes.
• Experience with continuous improvement, problem solving, root cause analysis, PDCA, Ishikawa, and 5W1H tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, written, and computer skills, including solid knowledge of MS Excel.
• Commitment to safety, quality, compliance, and workplace health requirements.
