Fabrication Lead (Structural)

What you will do

• Direct the fabrication and assembly of customized pipe products.
• Manage, assign, track, and monitor fabrication work orders.
• Plan resource requirements based on work orders and production plans.
• Supervise fabrication crews and coordinate the planning and execution of department work.
• Ensure timely, safe, and high-quality material movement.
• Train employees on safety regulations, work policies, standards, and HSE programs, including Lock-out Tag-out.

Requirements

• At least two years of pipe or structural fabrication experience.
• High school diploma.
• Knowledge of team-leading practices and the ability to coordinate multiple work orders.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow product specifications.
• Understanding of production and work-order processes and experience managing people.
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled shop, stand or walk for extended periods, lift materials up to 50 pounds, and use required PPE.
