Facilities Maintenance Team Lead (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Support operations and facilities by maintaining safe, available, and reliable production equipment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, install, and modify equipment and plant systems using drawings, layouts, diagrams, and schematics.
• Repair electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and machine-control systems, collaborating with maintenance and controls engineers on corrective changes.
• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, fabrication work, and assigned facility projects, including planning, material ordering, and execution.
• Document maintenance activities and communicate ongoing needs across shifts.
• Mentor and train lower-level maintenance personnel.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school in a maintenance-related field preferred.
• At least five years of related experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of plant systems, infrastructure, utilities, machine controls, and equipment schematics.
• Fabrication experience with lathes, end mills, welding and soldering equipment, plasma cutters, sheet-metal brakes, and band saws.
• Electrical license preferred.
• Must meet internal job-bid eligibility requirements, including no recent removal from or voluntary step-down from a bid, no written disciplinary warnings within six months, and at least 17 UTO hours.
