Senior FP&A Solutions Analyst (Adaptive Planning)

Salary: $109,000–$196,020 gross annual base salary for U.S.-based roles; offers may vary by experience and geographic location.

What you will do

• Build and enhance scalable financial models and reporting processes for forecasting, monthly and quarterly reporting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning.
• Audit and improve data integrity across financial systems by designing controls, investigating anomalies, and partnering with business users.
• Support EPM upgrades, ERP integrations, and configuration rollouts through requirements gathering, testing, training, and go-live support.
• Maintain system configuration requirements, end-user training materials, and financial process documentation.
• Manage financial systems projects, including timelines, deliverables, stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, testing, and change management.
• Coordinate process improvement initiatives across Finance, HR, IT, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in financial systems, FP&A, or business systems roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Workday Adaptive Planning, SAP, Workday HCM, Snowflake, and Power BI.
• Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and accounting principles.
• Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing teams and influencing stakeholders in complex, matrixed environments.
