Staff Sales Account Specialist (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Generate Probe Card and Probe System service sales revenue for the Japan market.
• Understand customer requirements and market conditions, and prepare sales revenue forecasts.
• Serve as the key customer interface for sales project management and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Build customer relationships and ensure product service levels, quality, and performance meet expectations.
• Coordinate internal communication and develop strategies to optimize market penetration.
• Develop key account strategies and prepare negotiation cost sheets and project justifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience, or an advanced degree without experience, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in account management and sales.
• Knowledge of the semiconductor industry and water testing.
• Work location: Yokohama, Japan.
