What you will do

  • Define and execute regional strategies for identifying, prioritizing, and converting custom silicon opportunities across targeted segments.
  • Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with hyperscalers, OEMs, automotive, and other large-scale silicon buyers.
  • Lead complex, long-cycle deal strategies including customer discovery, solution definition, and commercial negotiation.
  • Partner with internal business units and account teams to develop scalable and profitable custom silicon solutions.
  • Manage a disciplined regional opportunity pipeline and maintain high forecast accuracy.
  • Gather market hirify.globalligence and competitive insights to influence internal product roadmaps and strategic planning.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Seoul, South Korea or Tokyo, Japan and work on-site.
  • 7+ years of experience in semiconductor, ASIC, SoC, foundry, or complex silicon solution sales.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Proven experience working with foundries, custom silicon houses, and T1 ASIC builders.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

Nice to have

  • MBA or an advanced technical degree.
  • Direct experience with hyperscale, cloud, data center, networking, or high-performance computing executives.
  • Deep understanding of NRE structures, wafer supply, packaging, and semiconductor lifecycle support.
