Account Manager

What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with customer contacts across all levels.
• Manage contractual deliverables, customer expectations, account plans, and service compliance.
• Coordinate customer meetings and collaboration across operations, health and safety, menu development, and senior management.
• Oversee customer audits, inventory reviews, complaints, delays, and service-impacting incidents.
• Coordinate trials, corrective action plans, and commercial impact reporting with the Senior Account Manager.
• Monitor contractual KPIs and performance data, identifying trends related to on-time performance and safety.

Requirements

• Strong airline industry experience or relevant experience in catering, logistics, retail, hospitality, or operations.
• Account management or customer service experience with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strategic, commercial, analytical, and numeracy skills, with comfort handling complex data requirements.
• Presentation and team leadership skills, plus developing forward-planning and project management experience.
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English required. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is also required.
