EU Account Manager (Amazon)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid, with teams in the office around four days a week

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end delivery of the client’s geo holdout experimentation programme, including intake, prioritisation, governance, workback schedules, and risk management.
• Partner with Amazon’s Measurement team, clients, and cross-functional WPP specialists to align objectives, scope, cadence, and media activation.
• Establish processes, tools, and ways of working that improve delivery efficiency, consistency, and quality across teams and markets.
• Ensure methodological rigour, readiness, documentation, compliance, and credible, repeatable recommendations.
• Lead weekly status and post-campaign reporting, including test validation, cost-impact analysis, spend reconciliation, and audit compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation and AI-enabled efficiencies across planning, QA, and reporting.

Requirements

• Experience in project management, analytics, or a related field.
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills, with clear communication and the ability to manage up.
• Fluency in media planning and activation, including the ability to read and update media plans.
• Familiarity with digital platforms such as DV360, Meta, TikTok, and Snap, plus strong Excel skills.
• Understanding of experimentation, hypotheses, KPIs, contamination control, process governance, SOWs, RACIs, and risk management.
• Must be based in the UK and have the right to work in the United Kingdom.

Nice to have

• SQL or Python experience.
• Experience using AI to improve workflows or create AI agents.
• Experience with Wrike and coordinating teams across markets.
