What you will do

• Drive commercial success across an assigned territory by achieving sales objectives.
• Position the ophthalmology portfolio as a trusted choice within the healthcare community.
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with healthcare professionals.
• Strengthen product perception, trust, and value through customer-focused engagement.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and professional networking activities.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of successful commercial experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
• Consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
• Strong knowledge of the French healthcare system and regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency with digital tools and Microsoft Office applications, including SharePoint, Power BI, Outlook, and Excel.
• Fluent French required.
