Principal Manufacturing Engineer (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Manage overall quality activities for probe card products manufactured by the SPG team.
• Implement and maintain quality systems compliant with ISO 9001, AS9100, IPC, and semiconductor industry standards.
• Lead internal audits, gap assessments, corrective and preventive actions, and site quality management reviews.
• Manage document control, change management workflows, quality records, and audit readiness.
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional problem-solving using 8D, 4C, FMEA, and root cause analysis, including supply chain quality control.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree, or 3 years with a master's degree, or a PhD without experience, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with quality management systems, CAPA, audit processes, and quality compliance.
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing and cleanroom operations.
• Experience with ERP and MES systems, document control, and change management.
• Knowledge of data analysis, risk management, lean methodologies, and project management.
