Supervisor, Semiconductor Manufacturing

Location: Palm Bay, Florida, United States; onsite only. Compressed work week with 12-hour shifts: 3 days one week and 4 days the next, from 6:45am to 7:15pm, Sunday through Tuesday and every other Wednesday. ITAR role: U.S. citizen or U.S. Person status required.

What you will do

• Lead and supervise production and maintenance employees in a high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Drive daily operations to meet production schedules, quality standards, cost objectives, and operational targets.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve productivity, yield, and efficiency.
• Coach, mentor, and develop employees while supporting performance management, staffing, training, and workforce planning.
• Partner with engineering, maintenance, quality, and management teams to resolve production issues and improve processes.
• Manage shift operations, resource allocation, budget administration, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to motivate and develop teams in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership, supervisory, or applicable manufacturing experience preferred; equivalent education and relevant experience considered.
• U.S. citizenship or U.S. Person status is required due to ITAR restrictions.
