What you will do

• Lead a large-scale semiconductor manufacturing organization supporting advanced process technologies.
• Drive safety, quality, die yield, line yield, productivity, velocity, cost, reliability, and customer commitments.
• Lead technology transfer, qualification, and manufacturing ramp activities from development through high-volume production.
• Partner with technology development, engineering, supply chain, equipment suppliers, and manufacturing teams to improve factory performance.
• Improve factory economics through productivity, cost management, equipment utilization, automation, and operational discipline.
• Build high-performing organizations and prepare operations for future technology nodes and foundry customer requirements.

Requirements

• Engineering or science degree in electrical, mechanical, or materials engineering, chemistry, physics, or a related field.
• 15+ years of semiconductor manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience leading complex manufacturing organizations of approximately 1,500 to 2,000+ employees.
• Significant high-volume semiconductor manufacturing experience, including factory module equipment and yield.
• Demonstrated ownership of yield, quality, reliability, productivity, cost, and other manufacturing performance metrics.
• Experience with technology transfer, manufacturing ramps, process technology, equipment, and factory operations.

Nice to have

• Experience with advanced-node logic manufacturing or large-scale memory manufacturing.
• Experience working closely across technology development and manufacturing organizations.
• Experience leading automation initiatives that improve factory performance and productivity.
