LPN- Per Diem

Salary: $34.26–$35.26 per hour

What you will do

• Monitor residents’ health, safety, and well-being.
• Assist with training and monitoring medication administration.
• Supervise care staff in accordance with state regulations and community policies.
• Conduct thorough resident assessments.
• Maintain clinical quality assurance under federal, state, and local standards.
• Promote high-quality service aligned with the organization’s mission.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school and a current LPN license.
• Experience with residents who have Alzheimer’s disease or related dementias.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, techniques, methods, and applicable regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and learn new applications.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, Windows, Outlook, and Excel.
• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs and perform required physical care activities.

Nice to have

• At least two years of experience in long-term care, assisted living, home health, or a hospital setting.
