What you will do

• Administer medications in compliance with federal and state regulations and company guidelines.
• Complete admissions assessments, documentation, acute-care plans, and long-term care or service plans.
• Track clinical matters such as wounds and infection control under nursing leadership.
• Consult on residents’ health concerns and notify physicians or family members about changes in condition.
• Respond to emergencies, maintain resident confidentiality, and communicate closely with departments and staff.
• Provide health education and participate in required training, in-service sessions, and staff meetings.

Requirements

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in senior care or a related field.
• Ability to work safely in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Compassionate, dedicated, and energetic approach to resident care.
