BSN Instructor - Part Time

What you will do

• Deliver instruction for assigned nursing courses, laboratories, clinicals, and simulated clinical experiences.
• Supervise, debrief, and evaluate students against course competencies and clinical learning outcomes.
• Plan and supervise clinical experiences, ensuring assignments meet student and healthcare-facility needs.
• Collaborate with instructors on examinations, final evaluations, course planning, and instructional initiatives.
• Maintain attendance, grades, skills check-off forms, clinical records, and required program reports.
• Advise students, provide feedback, conduct office hours, and support ongoing communication.

Requirements

• Four years of experience as a Registered Nurse with current, unencumbered licensure.
• Master of Science in Nursing degree.
• Ability to meet the faculty requirements of the Board of Registered Nursing in the state of employment.
• Current nursing practice knowledge, mentoring ability, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Documented background in educational methodology, relevant clinical practice, or distance education techniques.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
