HR Business Partner

Location: Boston, United States; hybrid work environment with remote and onsite work

Base salary: $88,000–$126,000 per year, plus eligibility for a competitive incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Partner with assigned business units and leaders to implement talent strategies.
• Design and implement HR solutions aligned with business needs.
• Provide business insights to influence HR programmes and planning.
• Explain HR programmes and philosophies to business unit leaders and support implementation.
• Support performance management, talent reviews, and organizational change programmes.
• Promote inclusive behaviour, diverse perspectives, and open communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 5–6 or more years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Ability to work independently and interact with middle management.
• Consulting, coaching, negotiating, influencing, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Strong organization and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to protect and maintain highly confidential information; experience supporting organizational change.
