Salary: $118,900-$156,000

What you will do

• Lead human capital strategy development and implementation for the ETX organization.
• Provide strategic HR consultation and support to business unit management.
• Influence business strategy and planning by leveraging internal and external data.
• Drive talent management initiatives, including talent pipeline development and mobility.
• Lead organizational design discussions and create plans for increased engagement and organizational effectiveness.
• Integrate inclusion as a priority across all talent touch points and champion inclusive leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5+ years of experience working in HR, including consultative HRBP experience
• Must be eligible to work in the US without requiring sponsorship
• Strong communication skills, work ethic, and a passion for learning.
• Experience in executive level presentations and leading through change.
• Understanding of complex and high value compensation plans.

Nice to have

• 8+ years of experience working in HR, with at least 5+ years of HRBP experience.
• Experience supporting technology functions and/or non-U.S. organizations.
