Location: Boston, Massachusetts or Springfield, Massachusetts

Salary: $121,800–$159,800 per year

What you will do

• Develop and implement people strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Provide strategic and consultative HR support to senior business leaders and assigned client groups.
• Use data and insights to advise on compensation, benefits, learning, talent management, organizational effectiveness, and employee relations.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated solutions.
• Drive talent pipeline discussions, internal mobility, organizational design, and action plans that improve engagement.
• Embed inclusion across talent practices and advise leaders on inclusive leadership and cultural competence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, including consultative HR Business Partner experience.
• Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to lead change and influence at the executive level.
• Understanding of compensation practices and programs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice to have

• 8+ years of experience in Human Resources, including 5+ years in an HRBP role.
• Experience supporting complex or multifunctional business groups.
• Proactive, adaptable leadership style, growth mindset, and experience driving transformation.
