HO Product Section Manager (Automotive)

What you will do

• Ensure cost efficiency and supply capability to guarantee on-time, in-full order execution.
• Oversee production performance, quality standards, and the implementation of the hirify.global Operating System.
• Coordinate production planning with VCM and ensure optimal utilization of equipment and manufacturing resources.
• Prepare operational reports and monitor KPIs, implementing countermeasures and escalations as needed.
• Lead continuous improvement activities in collaboration with the OPEX team and identify cost reduction potentials.
• Support RFQ processes and new project implementations.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• English proficiency: B2 level required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in Casablanca, Morocco.
