What you will do
- Partner with business leaders to align people strategies, talent plans, and workforce decisions with organizational objectives.
- Support workforce planning, performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, compensation planning, and employee development.
- Coach managers on employee relations, team dynamics, organizational design, and talent management practices.
- Analyze people data and workforce trends to identify risks and recommend actions.
- Lead employee relations activities and support organizational change, business growth, and transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate across HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, and People Operations while ensuring employment-law compliance.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in HR business partner and/or HR generalist roles.
- Knowledge of federal and state labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Proficiency with human resources information systems.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, coaching, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to advise business leaders, analyze workforce information, and manage employee relations in a dynamic environment.
Nice to have
- Experience in high-growth technology or SaaS organizations.
- Workday experience and familiarity with modern HR technologies.
- Experience with organizational change, restructures, mergers, acquisitions, or business transformation.
- Strong business acumen and experience using workforce metrics to guide decisions.
- Experience developing leaders and building inclusive, high-performing teams.
