What you will do
- Partner with business leaders to align people strategies, talent plans, and workforce decisions with organizational objectives.
- Support workforce planning, performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, compensation planning, and employee development.
- Coach managers on employee relations, team dynamics, organizational design, and talent management practices.
- Analyze people data and workforce trends to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and recommend actions.
- Lead employee relations activities and support organizational change, growth, and transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, People Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders while ensuring employment-law compliance.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in HR business partner and/or HR generalist roles.
- Knowledge of federal and state labor laws and experience supporting compliant HR practices.
- Proficiency with human resources information systems; Workday experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, facilitation, and coaching skills.
- Ability to advise leaders, advocate for employees, and operate effectively in a dynamic environment.

- Experience in high-growth technology or SaaS organizations.
- Experience with organizational change, restructures, mergers, acquisitions, or business transformation.
- Experience analyzing workforce metrics and applying data-driven HR practices.
- Experience developing leaders and building inclusive, high-performing teams.
