Senior Data Architect (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Location: Columbus, Ohio, USA; employees must be available to work onsite at a client location or hirify.global office as requested, with remote work available when compatible with client and company needs.

What you will do

• Assess data management technologies and define target-state practices and architectures.
• Develop strategic plans for data integration, quality, governance, and delivery.
• Evaluate solution options, articulate architectural trade-offs, and recommend optimal designs.
• Lead data engineers and technical teams through architecture, implementation, and best practices.
• Advise executive stakeholders and development teams on maximizing the value of enterprise data.
• Support business development by demonstrating technical capabilities, shaping proposed solutions, and estimating delivery plans.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience implementing on-premises and cloud data management, integration, visualization, and analytics technologies.
• Advanced proficiency in modern data architecture across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Experience with real-time data distribution technologies such as Kafka, Kinesis, DataFlow, and Airflow.
• Experience with NoSQL databases, Snowflake, Databricks, SQL, and Python.
• Ability to design end-to-end data solutions covering ingestion, storage, and relational modeling.
• Must be authorized to work directly for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
