Base pay range: $163,000–$253,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Design and develop SRAM memory arrays, including bit cells, sense amplifiers, decoders, write drivers, and control circuits for advanced process nodes.
• Optimize SRAM designs for performance, power, area, yield, and manufacturability.
• Create custom layouts and perform DRC, LVS, timing, power, and variation analysis.
• Develop automation scripts and improve SRAM design, simulation, and verification methodologies.
• Collaborate with product and test engineers on test plans, silicon bring-up, debugging, and root-cause analysis.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to patents, technical papers, and industry conferences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with 10+ years of industry experience, or a master’s degree with 8+ years of experience.
• Professional experience designing SRAM or memory circuits in advanced technology nodes, including 5nm, 3nm, or beyond.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor device physics, process technologies such as FinFET, GAA, and SOI, and SRAM architecture.
• Experience with Spectre, HSPICE, Cadence Virtuoso, circuit simulation, variation analysis, and physical design verification.
• Knowledge of Python, Perl, or TCL for design-task automation.
• Experience with SRAM compiler development, low-power techniques, cross-functional collaboration, and silicon debug.
