IT Project Manager

Location: Secaucus, New Jersey, United States; in-office environment

Salary: $52,500–$77,000 annually, plus potential bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Plan, deliver, manage, and close IT projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop project plans covering resources, timelines, milestones, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate cross-functional technical resources and track project tasks and progress.
• Manage scope changes, project risks, contingency plans, status reporting, and stakeholder meetings.
• Maintain project documentation, evaluate performance, and document lessons learned and improvement opportunities.
• Lead collaboration across technical teams and support data-driven decisions about project direction and execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information science, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 1 year of relevant project management experience.
• PMP certification required within the first two years of employment.
• Knowledge of basic project management principles, including Waterfall and Agile.
• Fundamental understanding of IT functions and data center operations, including networking, firewalls, routing and switching, servers, storage, and cloud or on-premises virtual machines.
• Strong communication, presentation, leadership, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
