Principal Field Service Engineer (Silicon Photonics)

Location: Jhubei City, Taiwan; onsite, full time

What you will do

• Operate probe system applications for semiconductor manufacturing customers.
• Deliver silicon photonics and other probe system test results.
• Support customer issues, prepare internal escalation summaries, and provide technical solutions.
• Support customer engagements and product demonstration activities.
• Collaborate with customers, account managers, team leads, and global R&D colleagues.
• Support domestic and international business travel.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree, or 3 years with a master's degree, or a PhD without experience, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience setting up and debugging RF/DC/SiPh wafer testing environments.
• Fluent English for verbal, email, and report communication.
• Hands-on experience with probe system tools is preferred.
• Ability to communicate and work effectively with colleagues at different levels.

Nice to have

• Experience in an equipment vendor, research and development, or high-volume manufacturing fab environment.
