What you will do

• Execute hardware upgrades and perform system setups for complex EUV product packages and difficult field swaps.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware installation issues in close cooperation with generalists and coordinators.
• Provide feedback to improve cycle time and performance using the zero error repeat concept.
• Perform post-upgrade recovery and analysis to ensure systems meet specifications.
• Travel internationally up to 70% of the time to support field offices worldwide.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science.
• Experience in customer support for high-tech products, specifically photo-lithography, electro-mechanical, or ultra-clean vacuum systems.
• English: Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing is required.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from Kaohsiung, Taiwan.
• Availability: Flexibility for frequent international travel (up to 70%), including periods of 6-8 weeks.

Nice to have

• 2-3 years of experience with hirify.global EUV or NXT systems metrology.
