What you will do

• Ramp technology yield and performance/power metrics to meet or exceed product goals.
• Plan and execute the delivery of engineering samples for system builds.
• Engage with reliability and product teams to qualify products and debug process-related issues.
• Collaborate with power and architecture teams to maximize product-level use case metrics.
• Drive cross-functional efforts to optimize power and performance across the organization.
• Resolve critical yield issues by coordinating with product, test, and foundry engineering teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years, Master’s with 6+ years, or PhD with 3+ years of related experience.
• Proven experience working in a foundry and owning delivery of key processes (FEOL, MEOL, or BEOL).
• Experience driving efA/pFA with product and test engineering teams to resolve yield issues.
• Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional efforts for power-performance optimization.

Nice to have

• Experience in integrating AI/ML and Agentic workflows for Foundry Engineering functions.
