R&D Engineer Fab Process

hirify.global is hiring for an R&D engineering role focused on semiconductor fab process integration and technology performance.

What you will do

• Ramp technology yield and performance/power metrics to meet or exceed product goals.
• Plan and execute the delivery of engineering samples for system builds.
• Support product qualification with reliability and product teams.
• Debug fallouts caused by technology and process issues.
• Collaborate with product engineering, power, and architecture teams to improve product-level power and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Experience working in a semiconductor foundry and owning delivery of a key process area: FEOL, MEOL, or BEOL.
• Experience driving eFA/pFA activities with Product Engineering, Test Engineering, and foundry teams to resolve critical yield issues.
• Experience leading cross-functional efforts to optimize power-performance.
• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years, Master’s degree with 6+ years, or PhD with 3+ years of related experience.
• Role location: Hsinchu, Taiwan.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating AI/ML and agentic workflows for foundry engineering functions.
