What you will do

• Execute hardware upgrades and perform system setup for complex upgrade packages and difficult field swaps.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware installation problems in close cooperation with generalists and coordinators.
• Provide feedback to improve cycle time and performance using the zero error repeat concept.
• Perform post-upgrade recovery and analysis to ensure systems are brought to specification.
• Act as an hirify.global ambassador at customer sites across the globe.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science.
• Experience in customer support for high-tech products, specifically in Photo-lithography, Electro-Mechanical, or Ultra Clean Vacuum fields.
• English: Ability to speak, read, and write English is mandatory.
• Availability for international travel up to 70%, with uninterrupted periods of 6-8 weeks.
• Ability to support CS Upgrades for at least 2-3 years upon completion of training.

Nice to have

• 2-3 years of experience with hirify.global EUV or NXT systems metrology.
