What you will do
- Manage core process development teams in the design and execution of experiments for advanced silicon transistor technology.
- Lead device and process engineers to develop high-volume capable technology meeting performance, yield, and reliability requirements.
- Perform extensive Silicon-to-Simulation analysis and layout effect validation to ensure high-quality PDK delivery.
- Collaborate with foundry technology engineering groups to maximize product performance for customers.
- Define robust test structures and programs to validate design rules and extract key device parameters.
- Utilize statistical analysis and data mining techniques to derive insights from electrical-test and fab data.
Requirements
- Master's degree (Ph.D. preferred) in Electrical Engineering (EE), ECE, or EECS related to the semiconductor field.
- 10+ years of experience in the advanced node semiconductor industry.
- Expertise in semiconductor materials, fabrication, and device physics.
- Proficiency in electrical characterization of semiconductor devices.
- Experience with engineering analysis tools such as JMP, MATLAB, or Octave.
- Strong scripting or programming skills in Python, SQL, C/C++, or similar languages.
Nice to have
- Experience with advanced transistor device structures and device physics.
- Knowledge of process monitoring test structure design and layout.
- Familiarity with device and circuit simulation.
- Expertise in Statistical Process Control (SPC) or Design of Experiments (DOE) principles.
