Employee Relations Expert (HR Systems & Reporting)

What you will do

• Manage and validate HR data flow between Charisma and Workday platforms.
• Analyze HR data to identify patterns, anomalies, and ensure compliance.
• Prepare standard and ad-hoc reports (monthly, quarterly) and interpret trends.
• Utilize Excel for complex data processhirify.global, figures, and reconciliations.
• Provide data-driven insights and clarifications to HR and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Payroll and HRBPs to maintain reliable HR data output.

Requirements

• Experience in HR Operations, Employee Relations support, or HR Systems.
• Proficiency with HR applications, specifically Workday and/or Charisma.
• Strong data reporthirify.global skills and solid Excel proficiency.
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and critical thinkhirify.global.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly to stakeholders.
• Must be based in Romania (Hybrid)
