What you will do

• Lead the SAP HR and payroll operations team, ensuring accurate and timely processing within contractual scope and SLAs.
• Manage client relationships and serve as the primary contact for payroll service delivery.
• Prepare payroll performance reports and KPIs for monthly client review meetings.
• Monitor SLA compliance, manage service level credits, and resolve escalated payroll issues.
• Partner with Global Process Owners, Payroll Country Leads, and stakeholders to implement process improvements.
• Oversee staffing, onboarding, performance management, training, and professional development for the payroll team.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in HR or payroll operations, preferably in an international MPS or BPO environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR and payroll processes, compliance, and global payroll regulations.
• Experience delivering payroll services to multinational clients and working with SLAs, KPIs, and reporting.
• Demonstrated leadership, team development, performance management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with change management, project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and organisational change implementation.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP Payroll, SuccessFactors, or similar platforms.
• Payroll certifications such as CPP, CPS, or CPM.
• Additional language skills.
