Assistant VDC Lead Data Center (BIM/Revit)

Location: Atlanta, GA, United States; full-time onsite role

What you will do

• Produce and oversee consistent VDC deliverables and activities across projects and divisions.
• Support hiring, development, supervision, and training of VDC team members and project teams.
• Develop realistic renderings, graphics, animations, and other visual materials for pursuits and interviews.
• Set up BIM backgrounds, project and real-world coordinates, cloud collaboration workspaces, and reality capture workflows.
• Maintain design changes, generate trade models and quantity take-offs, coordinate architectural and gap models, and deliver as-builts and closeout documentation.
• Lead constructability reviews, clash resolution, coordination meetings, fabrication exports, schedules, scopes of work, and collaboration with project, trade, design, and client partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification.
• At least five years of design, engineering, or construction experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Extensive knowledge of industry-standard BIM software, with Revit experience expected.
• Ability to read and understand plans and specifications and strong knowledge of commercial construction methods.
• Effective written and verbal communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, initiative, and ability to manage multiple assignments.
• Ability to travel to support company VDC needs.
