Structural Designer / BIM Technician (Revit)

What you will do

• Model wood, steel, concrete, and masonry structures using BIM software.
• Produce plans, elevations, details, and other construction documentation.
• Use Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam Revu to create precise, clash-free designs.
• Visualize complex structures and coordinate designs across multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Recognize spatial conflicts and support design optimization for facility projects.
• Curate and maintain BIM and CADD libraries, resources, and support files.

Requirements

• Proficiency in BIM and CADD software, especially Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Strong visualization skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work and communicate effectively in collaborative team settings.
• Ability to interpret written, verbal, and visual direction.
• All experience levels are encouraged to apply; 3+ years of structural drafting and modeling experience is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in construction, mining, or related trades.
• Related degrees or certifications.
• Interest in emerging technologies.
