TL;DR
System/Site Designer (Revit/BIM): Leading projects from initial concepts through detailed design development and final site layouts, producing accurate 2D and 3D drawings for customers, certification agencies, permitting authorities, sales teams, and internal operations with an accent on manufacturable, compliant, and visually compelling solutions. Focus on developing Revit and BIM standards, preparing material and equipment schedules, resolving complex design challenges, and supporting certification, permitting, and manufacturing documentation.

What you will do
- Lead project design from initial concepts through detailed development and final site layouts.
- Create and maintain accurate 2D and 3D drawings, renderings, and drawing packages using Revit, BIM, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and cloud-based technologies.
- Analyze project requirements to prepare material schedules, equipment schedules, and material takeoffs.
- Consult with clients and collaborate with sales, engineering, and design teams to develop practical, manufacturable solutions.
- Prepare bid, proposal, certification, and permitting submittal packages.
- Improve Revit templates, families, shared parameters, annotation standards, content libraries, and documentation workflows.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant design or drafting experience.
- Experience with Autodesk design products, particularly Revit, AutoCAD, or Civil 3D, including exposure to Revit standards, templates, or organization-wide content management.
- Familiarity with electrical, plumbing, and mechanical design principles.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications, recommend design improvements, and solve complex design issues.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, complete, compliant, and manufacturable designs.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams; physical ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods and occasionally lift up to 75 lbs.

- Associate degree from an accredited CAD training program.
- Previous experience in the car wash or a related industry.
