Engineering - Career Development (Rotational) Program (FY2027)

Location: Allentown, Pennsylvania, with rotations in U.S. locations including the Houston area, Chandler, St. Louis, Baton Rouge/Geiser, and Santa Clara; at least one assignment is field-based and one is in Allentown

What you will do

• Complete three 12-month engineering assignments over the three-year rotational program.
• Support process engineering, plant operations, production engineering, project engineering, controls, and start-up engineering activities.
• Work with experienced engineers and leaders through challenging assignments, mentoring, and coaching.
• Develop and deepen technical and professional engineering skills.
• Explore career interests and strengths while preparing for future engineering leadership opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemical, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
• Graduation between December 2026 and August 2027.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 and strong academic performance.
• 0–2 years of work experience; prior co-op or internship experience is advantageous.
• Campus involvement and demonstrated leadership.
• Willingness to work across U.S. field and headquarters locations and relocate as required by the rotations.
