R&D Process Engineer Co-op

Location: Camden, New Jersey, USA; onsite five days per week

What you will do

• Apply experimental designs and data analysis to identify solutions to technical challenges.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor quality and resolve process issues.
• Support commercialization activities and process improvement trials.
• Contribute to capital investment and cost-saving projects.
• Update documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Lead a project and present the results to the R&D organization.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Camden, NJ, and commute to the office five days per week.
• Must not require employer sponsorship now or in the future to work legally in the United States.
• Currently enrolled full time in an undergraduate or graduate Chemical Engineering or related program.
• Must have completed at least one semester of core Chemical Engineering or related coursework.
• Must return to school for at least one semester after the co-op session.
• Ability to learn quickly, work independently and collaboratively, and manage multiple projects and tasks; a GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.

Nice to have

• Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher.
