2027 Engineer Development Rotation Program - Electrical Engineer I New College Grad - BS or MS (Gloucester, MA)

Location: On-site at the Gloucester, Massachusetts campus

Salary: $70,000–$95,500 per year

What you will do

• Design or modify electrical and electronic assemblies, layouts, schematics, drawings, and specifications under supervision.
• Perform engineering analysis, testing, troubleshooting, and generate test reports.
• Work with plasma physics, automation and control systems, motion control, power distribution, RF power generation and delivery, and PCB analog and digital circuit design.
• Coordinate procurement and assembly of electrical and electronic components and identify sources for critical parts and subsystems.
• Prepare alpha and gamma documentation for product releases and resolve technical issues affecting equipment performance.
• Complete three or four rotational engineering assignments during the first two years of employment.

Requirements

• Graduating with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Good academic standing; a GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale is preferred.
• Ability to solve complex problems, evaluate multiple sources of information, and develop new perspectives on existing solutions.
• Ability to explain difficult or sensitive information and build consensus.
• Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in a results-driven environment.
• Available for full-time, on-site work in Gloucester, Massachusetts, starting in summer 2027.

Nice to have

• Previous internship or related electrical engineering experience.
