Wellness Nurse (LPN) Overnight Full-Time or Part-Time

Location: Shrewsbury, New Jersey, USA; onsite overnight shifts with every other weekend.

Salary: USD 38–40 per hour

What you will do

• Provide direct nursing care and monitor residents’ health, safety, and well-being.
• Conduct thorough resident assessments and promote holistic wellness.
• Assist with training and monitoring medication administration.
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistant care staff in line with state regulations and community policies.
• Maintain clinical quality assurance according to federal, state, and local standards.

Requirements

• Current LPN license and graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Experience with residents with Alzheimer’s disease or related dementias.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, techniques, methods, and applicable federal and state regulations.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, Windows, Outlook, and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and perform the physical duties of the role, including lifting or carrying up to 50 pounds and supporting residents.

Nice to have

• At least two years of experience in long-term care, assisted living, home health, or a hospital setting.
