Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Part Time Overnight

Location: 35 Shawmut Ave, La Grange, IL 60525, USA; 12-hour overnight shifts, 12 hours per week (one night per week)

Compensation: USD 37–38 per hour

What you will do

• Administer medications in compliance with federal and state regulations and internal guidelines.
• Complete resident admissions, assessments, documentation, and acute or long-term care plans.
• Track clinical matters such as wounds and infection control under nursing leadership.
• Provide health-related consultation and respond promptly to emergencies.
• Notify physicians and family members about changes in residents’ health and document actions taken.
• Collaborate with departments, educate residents and staff, attend required meetings, and maintain confidentiality and safe practices.

Requirements

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in senior care or a related field.
• Ability to work safely in a team, manage multiple tasks, and communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
