RN/LPN - PRN - Night Shift - Skilled Nursing

Location: Lincolnwood, Illinois, USA; onsite night shift

Salary: USD 36–42 per hour

What you will do

• Supervise and administer medications in compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Complete admissions, assessments, discharges, and clinical documentation for residents.
• Develop acute, long-term care, and service plans.
• Track clinical areas such as wounds and infection control under the direction of the Director of Nursing.
• Respond to emergencies, communicate health changes to physicians and families, and provide appropriate documentation.
• Consult on health-related concerns and provide educational meetings for residents and staff.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in nursing or equivalent education and experience.
• At least one year of experience in a skilled, sub-acute, or memory care setting.
• Current Registered Nurse license with no judgments against it in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Fluent English communication skills required for speaking, reading, writing, and interaction with residents, staff, and third parties.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks safely as part of a team.
