What you will do
- Establish and improve warehouse management systems, procedures, and operating standards.
- Manage product acceptance, storage, preservation, verification, issuance, returns, and exchanges.
- Ensure accuracy of inventory quantities, product quality, and warehouse documentation.
- Organize onsite warehouse operations, cargo placement, and logistics flows for efficient and standardized handling.
- Supervise, assist, and guide warehouse management personnel.
Requirements
- Associate degree or higher.
- 5+ years of warehouse management experience, including 3+ years as a warehouse supervisor.
- Familiarity with electronic components and experience establishing large-scale warehouse operations from scratch.
- Experience with automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS).
- Proficiency in MES, ERP, and office software, with basic finance knowledge.
- Strong logical thinking, communication, coordination, organization, management, compliance, emotional intelligence, and innovative thinking.
