Onsite Warehouse Coordinator

Location: Hybrid, with less than 50% remote work, at one of five sites across Quebec: Boucherville, New Richmond, Saint-Ferdinand, Sainte-Marguerite-Marie, or St-Rémi.

What you will do

• Order materials, spare parts, and components for assigned regional locations.
• Coordinate the receipt, booking, transfer, and distribution of materials to warehouses and service vehicles.
• Support transportation, logistics, incoming shipments, and the return of defective or damaged components.
• Monitor inventory levels, purchase orders, minimum and maximum stock requirements, and slow-moving inventory.
• Maintain accurate inventory transactions and documentation in SAP, including support for annual and cycle counts.
• Organize warehouses, optimize storage utilization, and contribute to continuous improvement and safety initiatives.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in materials management, procurement, supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, or materials coordination.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, and experience with SAP or a comparable ERP system.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and occupational health and safety practices.
• Valid driver's license and strong organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Commitment to inventory accuracy, process compliance, spare-parts availability, service quality, and workplace safety.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in French and English.
• Technical knowledge of electrical or mechanical components.
