Sr. Spec Warehouse and Import (Logistics)

What you will do

• Conduct physical stock counts, reconcile inventory, and process inventory adjustments in cooperation with 3PL providers.
• Coordinate import damage cases, exceptional cases, product disposal, inventory write-offs, returns, recalls, and product holds with 3PL and QA teams.
• Manage forwarders, customs brokers, inland trucking providers, and other logistics vendors, including monthly payment settlement.
• Oversee customs clearance, including letter-of-credit processes for specific accounts.
• Supervise receiving, storage, internal and external transportation, customer order management, and shipment monitoring.
• Prepare billing, vendor KPI, internal KPI, and freight-cost reports while monitoring annual import freight and local logistics budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• More than 8–10 years of planning or logistics experience in supply chain management.
• Knowledge of import processes, international trade, warehousing, distribution, and supply chain costs.
• Strong self-leadership, interpersonal, analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet business plans and targets.
• Fluent English skills in verbal and written communication.
