Sr. Spec Warehouse and Import (Logistics)

What you will do

• Conduct physical stock counts, reconcile records, process inventory adjustments, and coordinate inventory activities with 3PL providers.
• Manage import damage cases, exceptional cases, product disposal and inventory write-offs, as well as damaged goods, returns, holds, recalls, and vendor certifications with QA.
• Manage forwarders, customs brokers, and inland trucking vendors, including monthly payment settlement and operational performance improvement.
• Prepare and monitor annual import freight and 3PL logistics budgets, including bi-monthly cost tracking.
• Manage customs clearance, including LC processes for specific accounts, and supervise receiving, storage, and internal and external transportation of materials.
• Generate monthly billing, vendor KPI, internal KPI, and freight cost reports; manage customer orders and resolve supply issues with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• More than 8–10 years of planning or logistics experience in supply chain management.
• Knowledge of supply chain management costs and logistics functions, including import processes, international trading, warehousing, and distribution.
• Strong self-leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet business plans and targets.
• Strategic analytical, communication, and decision-making skills for shipment processes, complaints, persuasion, and troubleshooting with sales, marketing, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Fluent English skills in both verbal and written communication.
