Crisis Intervention Specialist (Oregon)

Location: Remote, United States; must reside and be independently licensed in Oregon. This role is not available to candidates in Illinois.

What you will do

• Monitor crisis queues for clients in individual, family, and group therapy.
• Respond to inbound crisis calls with real-time risk assessment, de-escalation, and safety planning.
• Screen clients at risk of harm to themselves or others and collaborate on stabilization plans.
• Coordinate crisis triage during group sessions and consult with therapists, care coaches, and facilitators.
• Complete required clinical documentation and support care coordination activities.

Requirements

• Reside in and hold an independent clinical license in Oregon.
• Previous crisis intervention experience is preferred.
• Ability to work at least 12 hours per week with flexibility to meet team and client needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Gmail, Slack, Dropbox, Zoom, and electronic medical records.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced mental health environment.
