What you will do

• Manage client crises using evidence-based interventions, including risk assessment and safety planning.
• Identify and navigate roadblocks to clinical care options using proprietary software.
• Independently manage a caseload of complex, multi-need clients.
• Provide in-the-moment support to clients via phone and email.
• Ensure client safety and facilitate connections to high-quality treatment providers.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in clinical social work or equivalent (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC) or Bachelor's degree in nursing (RN) required.
• Must have 2+ years of psychiatric intake, assessment, or related experience.
• Must be bilingual in Spanish.
• Must be a full-time resident of the United States.
• Significant experience managing high-risk clinical situations such as suicidality and mandated reporting.
• Comfortable adopting new technology platforms and maintaining a growth mindset.
